Banking service chronicle published this article page no  22 madhya pradesh is becoming the first state in india to send elderly people on air travel under the mukhyamantri teerthdarshan yojana.. the first batch of pilgrims took off from bhopal airport on 21 may to go to prayagraj in uttar pradesh. a batch of 32 pilgrims has left for prayagraj by indigo flight. the pilgrims include 24 men and 8 women. mukhyamantri teerth darshan yojana is one of the major schemes of the bjp government in the state. this scheme was started in the year 2012. so far more than 7.80 lakh elderly people have performed pilgrimage by special trains Banking service chronicle magazine subscription.
